Defil Melodia 2

Defil Melodia 2, made in Poland. Notice the broken Melodia2 logo (2 is missing but there are some glue remaints).
Melodia was a kind of poorly manufactured Gibson ES series copy. Melodia guitars were manufactured after 1976. Notice the DIN5 out jack and slider controls instead of regular knobs.

Specifications:
Body type: semi-solid (sometimes called semi-acoustic)
Body material: most probably some sort of spruce (top) and maple (back & sides) plywood;
Neck: maple, bolt-on;
Fretboard: rosewood, 21 frets (vintage small), with zero fret;
Dot inlays: white plastic stripes with 3 dots at 12th fret;
Pickguard: brown plastic;
Pickups: 2 x single coil, own factory products;
Controls: 3 pickup selectors(on/off function), volume, tone, tone;
Electronics & hardware: own factory products (fixed bridge, 3 per side tuners with white plastic buttons).
