Spektr 4

A less complicated successor of Spektr 3 pedal, this thing features a couple of foot-controlable modulating functions. The controls are the following: two regular pots labelled "cut level" and "accent", the horizontal pot with a graph attached is labelled "speed". It might be a nice feature to be able to adjust it with a foot. F, W and A knobs are probably to switch between different functions of the pedal.

The plate says
Spektr -4
artikul 2105R (a code every Soviet product had)
price 56 roubles (not too cheap)
P. MO. 081 144 TU

The unit was probably made in Moscow somewhere in the beginning of the 80's.
